Our purpose as attorneys is to help our clients. To accomplish this goal, we strive to establish trust from the moment we meet a client by listening to the clients’ needs and concerns. In turn, we take the time to ensure the client understands a situation and all available options from a legal perspective. We find that a strong relationship with clients, premised on prompt and clear communication, maximizes our ability to help that client, whether the client is a large business or an individual. As a small firm, we distinguish ourselves from larger firms based upon our ability to develop genuinely close relationships with our clients that endure over time. We are invested in the interests of our clients. Our clients, whether big or small, are treated as big fish in a small pond.
We take seriously our ethical obligation to zealously represent the interests of each client. This obligation may be viewed with cynicism, but we take it to heart, and it guides us from the moment we meet with a potential client. We deter clients from pointless exercises that will require substantial legal fees but do not actually further their interests. With an eye toward long term relationships with clients, we provide clients with honest and direct advice from the outset in the hope that they will stay with us. In consultation with our clients, we endeavor to adopt the most cost-effective approach to achieving a client’s goal.
Our attentive and hands-on approach has operated to our benefit over the years, because it has enabled us to maintain long term relationships with clients, some of which span decades. In other words, when we do right by our clients, they benefit and our practice grows. We are committed to this approach and it shows in our day-to-day work.
